All I want to do is use my bluetooth headset (Samsung WEP 640/ Gioteck PS3 EX-01) with my computer. I can connect my computer but after that it says it needs drivers for the headset. I can't find any such drivers anywhere, even downloaded this "Broadcom auto bluetooth software driver download" thing, download broadcom bluetooth softwarebut no luck. It seems so simple, are all I need drivers? Or is there something more sinister going on here? plzzzzzz help
I dont think you require specific drivers for a bluetooth headset. All you have to do is enable it from the bluetooth settings and if it says connected but still not working. go to download broadcom bluetooth softwareaudio settings in control panel disable your compter speakers and mic, now try the bluetooth headset might work now. Only problem is remember where you have to enable the speakers and mic on the computer again, as you have to enable it manually after you disconnect your wireless headset.
