I've just bought a computer and need to get microsoft office, excel for it. is there a safe free way of down loading it or a cheap way of buying it?
hi message me and tell you how
I actually really need a free product key for my chemistry homework. Do you think you can help me out??
You can go to academicsuperstore.com if you are a student or have a student and get it at an academic discount.
If this is not possible, download open office, from openoffice.org, an open source, free alternative to microsoft office which reads and writes the microsoft office format and can read any file written from microsoft office.
Try Open Office its free amicrosoft officend can handle most of the documents you need. (www.openoffice.org)
i need it two. isnt it silly that it isnt included in our packages.
ebay? I have a student edition which you can install on 3 pcs i have only installed it on one, i dont need it anymore so you could email me at windwalker296@yahoo.co.uk and we could discuss a price if you fancied it. It cost about £80ish new....................
If you are a student you can get a student copy from Microsoft or some dealers at discount. Significant discount, like pay 30-40% of list.
There's no safe way of downloading it, cos you are downloading a pirate copy. Buying 2nd hand is a very very grey area too.
Have a look at Open Office... it's not microsofmicrosoft officet office but it's similar and can use microsoft office files. It's also downloadable legally for free. I've been using it for several months and not come up against any big problems with compatibility.
Free 60 day trials of Office 2003 & 2007 can be downloaded here:
Or use Openoffice as a free alternative
The only legal way of buying it is from Microsoft's website or from a store. There is no legal version for free.
Hate to break it to ya.
If you have a teacher or student, you can get the "Teacher and Student" version. It is much cheaper than regular office, and good enough. It includes Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
