I accidently clicked on an ad, so i scanned my computer for viruses with avg and microsoft security, and they found a J/S Virus or Infection or something like that, so I deleted it. So is AVG and microsoft security reliable enough, because I'm worried about my computer right now, but its running as fast and normal as usual.

If you intend to use freeware, I would use MSE in lieu of AVG as this is the only freeware with a firewall, It takes a bit if time to do a full scan, that is about my only complain, of course a purchase product will always beat freeware hands down as they have all the bells and whistles, plus you have the tech support backup,avg microsoft where as freeware may be a bit reluctant to hep you out? I wouldn't worry... but if something happens to your PC.... the best advice I could give you is to invest in a Mac.
