You cant download "BLUETOOTH", you will have to buy a bluetooth dongle for your pc if you dont have one and install it in your computer. the required software usually comes with the dongle. Or if you are having a dongle, or a bluetooth device, then you will search for download bluetooth for pc mobile phonebluetooth software by specifying its make and model.
You can't download bluetooth, you need a computer that has bluetooth.

I would rather suggest you to use USB connectivitdownload bluetooth for pc mobile phoney it works faster than Bluetooth . You must be having the required software( in case of nokia its called as a pc suite) which you need to sync your mobile to ur pc .That u got with your phone or it can be easily downloaded from that company website .
